Mars Construction Industries is a multi-trade general contractor — A General Engineering, B General Building, C-36 Plumbing, and C-20 HVAC, all held in-house under CSLB #1138550. That means fewer subcontractors, fewer handoffs, and one team accountable for the finished work. Below is what we do. If your project touches more than one of these, that’s exactly where we do our best work.
GENERAL CONSTRUCTION & REMODELING
Room additions, full-home remodels, kitchen and bath renovations, structural repairs, and ground-up support work. Our B-licensed crews handle framing, drywall, roofing coordination, finishes, and the thousand small decisions that separate a clean job from a callback. Because we also hold the plumbing and HVAC classifications, the mechanical work inside your walls is done by our own people — not handed off and hoped for.
PLUMBING
Repairs, repipes, water heater installation and service, fixture upgrades, and gas line work by licensed C-36 plumbers. For emergencies, our sister brand 911 Drain Lines runs 24/7 at 714.746.7611 — same company, same standards, around the clock. Whether it’s a pinhole leak or a whole-house repipe, the diagnosis is honest and the work is permitted and inspected.
DRAIN & SEWER
This is where we built our name. Camera inspections that show you exactly what’s happening underground, hydro jetting that actually clears the line, trenchless repairs that spare your landscaping, and sewer lining backed by a 20-year warranty. We also handle full sewer replacements and new installations under our A General Engineering license. If another company told you the only option is digging up the yard, get our opinion first.
HVAC
Heating and air conditioning done by licensed C-20 technicians — system replacements, new installations, repairs, and maintenance. We size equipment to the house, not to the sales quota, and we install it like people who have to service it later. Electrical work needed as part of an HVAC installation — disconnects, dedicated circuits, panel coordination — is handled within the project by our construction team.
ADUs
Accessory dwelling units are a specialty, not a sideline. Through our sister brand ADU Cities (aducities.com), we’ve designed, permitted, and built 100+ ADUs in the last four years — garage conversions, attached units, detached backyard homes, and second-story builds. One in-house team handles design, engineering, permits, and construction, so nothing gets lost between an architect’s desk and a job site.
COMMERCIAL & TENANT IMPROVEMENT
Restaurants, retail, office, and multi-family work for property managers, general contractors, and business owners. Our multi-trade license lets us self-perform across scopes under a single contract, and our SB-PW and SB(Micro) small business certifications open the door to public-sector work. We also support real estate transactions through our sister brands Get Your Roof Certified (roof certification) and Universal Inspect (property inspections).
